Where We Get Your Information

Where relevant, we may also receive information from referees, clients or venues, recruitment or application platforms, training providers, Right to Work verification providers and other service providers involved in recruitment or staffing.
Our online application process uses Jotform to collect application information. Information submitted through Jotform may then be transferred to Ubeya, which we use for workforce management, onboarding, scheduling and assignment administration.
Certain information may be required so that we can assess an application, verify eligibility to work, meet legal obligations, arrange an assignment or make payments. If required information is not provided, we may not be able to progress an application, provide work or deliver the relevant service.
